Precious Care Provider Disability Service Provider
At Precious Care Provider, our mission is to provide exceptional care and support to people with disabilities in NSW. Our team of dedicated and experienced professionals work closely with our clients to ensure they receive the best possible care. We offer a range of services to meet the individual needs of our clients, including personal care, respite care, community access, and more.​Our approach is based on a person-centered model of care. We believe that every person with a disability has the right to live a fulfilling and meaningful life, and we are committed to supporting them in achieving their goals. We work with our clients to identify their strengths, interests, and needs, and develop a customized care plan that meets their unique requirements. Our goal is to empower our clients to live as independently as possible and to participate fully in their communities.
